Description of Villa Sanee, Plot 321

Basically our villa is a standard home of the "Sanee" type. However, in contrast to the features mentioned in the sales brochures, the following items have been changed or added:

• Floor coverings in the whole house, veranda and sala (except bathrooms, visitors-toilet, both store rooms and the laundry) consist of solid, precious teakwood timber.
• Specially fabricated outdoor furniture and upholstery for the sala.
• An additional garage with an attached maid room with separate bath.
• The veranda opposite the main house has been enlarged.
• All toilets (except in maid room) are fitted with Geberit wall mountings and additional sanitary showers.
• Built-in wardrobes in all bedrooms.
• Built-in furniture under washbasins in master bedroom, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
• Kitchen enlarged and all surfaces finished in highly polished white and black granite.
• Rain showers in master bedroom, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 and an additional outdoor shower at the pool area.
• There is an additional aircon in the dining room, and all 4 existing aircons are of the more expensive,energy-saving type.
• There are 8 remote controlled ceiling fans for all the rooms and the veranda.
• An Onkyo sound surround-system with 6 speakers in the living room, 2 on the veranda and one in the visitors-toilet (all cables in the wall), a 50" Samsung plasma TV and a Philipps DVD player provide great entertainment.
• All furniture and fixtures included.
• There are high quality curtains in all rooms to secure one's privacy and to keep out light.
• The garden is fully established and manicured.

The house was handed over in June 2009.
